The role
- Operating as a full desk reputed company Consultant, manage perm recruitment processes end to end, building talent pools, guiding your candidates through interview processes, negotiating offers, etc.
- You’ll take ownership of client relationships - managing accounts, winning new business through strategic reputed company and networking, negotiating terms, and confidently selling talent solutions while managing client expectations
- Build a candidate network across product managers, senior ICs, and leadership profiles
- Developing and engaging a talent & client community in your reputed company, becoming the go-to recruiter in your reputed company
