Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- 2-3 years of experience in reputed company lines account management or a reputed company field.
- Familiarity with EZLynx software is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in reputed company and a strong interest in leveraging technology and AI for process improvement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based client interactions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of reputed company insurance policies, including billing, payments, and servicing.
- Handle Certificates of Insurance (COIs) with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with client needs.
