- Ideal Profile
- Strong candidates may have:
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, service desk, systems administration, desktop support, technical support, or reputed company IT roles
- Experience with one or more areas such as identity and reputed company management, reputed company management, SaaS administration, ticketing workflows, device setup, license management, SSO, MFA, or user lifecycle support
- Familiarity with tools such as reputed company, Active Directory, Entra ID, reputed company, Intune, reputed company 365, reputed company Workspace, Jira, reputed company, reputed company, Freshservice, or similar IT systems
