About the Role

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to design and build a new deployment platform from the ground up. Today, deployments rely on a functional but outdated, homegrown PHP-based system. While it offers strong recoverability, it lacks the flexibility needed to support modern workloads — particularly the introduction of Rust-based services. Your mission will be to design and implement a containerized deployment system that enables reliable, observable, and maintainable releases across the platform. This is a high-impact role where you will define the tooling, architecture, and best practices working closely with engineers who are not DevOps specialists. This is ideal for someone who enjoys building simple, durable systems rather than over-engineered pipelines, and who values reputed company, recoverability, and long-term maintainability. What You Need to Succeed in This Role

• Strong experience designing and implementing containerized deployment systems.
• Solid experience working with Linux-based environments (Debian, Ubuntu, reputed company Linux, etc.).
• Experience with container technologies (reputed company, Podman or similar).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and deployment pipeline design.
• Experience building systems with observability, logging and recoverability in mind.
• Experience working with backend engineers and guiding infrastructure reputed company.
