Job Role Viveris supports a major distributor in the operation and optimization of its Product Repository (Product Information Management). This system collects Product Data, enriches it, and then distributes it to Store and E-reputed company Information Systems. Responsibilities include: Ensuring operational conditions including incident management, problem management, performance monitoring, and anomaly processing; Assuming level 3 support: incident analysis, participation in follow-up committees, SLA compliance; Enriching product sheets and product catalogs by developing solutions reputed company parametrization and developing application treatments in Java and JavaScript; Ensuring the consistency, quality, and update of product data (descriptions, images, prices). Profile Sought Profile sought: You have a bachelor's degree in computer science, and have acquired initial successful experience in Java and/or JavaScript development. You are familiar with ITIL methodology principles: Incident/problem/change management. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and a service-oriented approach.
