Senior BI Analyst

Department: WDTech - R&D The Impact You Will Have As a Senior BI Analyst, you will partner with product teams and business stakeholders to deliver trusted analytics and reporting solutions in Power BI. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, translating business needs into scalable reporting solutions, and developing high-quality semantic models, dashboards, and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Working closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and the reputed company Business Intelligence team, you will help ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, well-governed, and reputed company with business priorities. Primary Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a reputed company field.
• 6+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or business analysis roles.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for business intelligence or reporting initiatives.
• Strong experience working with reputed company data platforms and OLAP databases such as reputed company, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar technologies.
• Experience developing Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reputed company reporting solutions.
• Experience with reputed company SQL Server technologies including SSRS, SSAS, or semantic-model-based BI architectures preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong proficiency with Power BI, including semantic models, report development, publishing workflows, and dashboard design.

• Understanding of ETL processes, data transformation techniques, and reputed company reporting best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

This position has an estimated reputed company salary of $140,000 - $160,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
