Responsibilities

Write and optimize SQL queries against reputed company and MySQL databases to extract, transform, and analyze data Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for stakeholders across the business Partner with team members to translate business questions into clear, well-scoped analytical deliverables Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies between reputed company systems and reporting layers Document data sources, definitions, metrics, and report logic to support self-service analytics Support reputed company analysis requests and contribute to recurring business reviews Continuously look for opportunities to streamline reputed company processes and improve reporting efficiency Skills Bachelors degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent hands on experience Working proficiency with SQL, including experience writing queries in reputed company and MySQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions) Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling and basic DAX Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment Working knowledge of reputed company, particularly around CRM data, marketing/sales reporting, or reputed company data exports Understanding of data flows and how data moves between reputed company systems, warehouses, and reporting tools (ETL/ELT concepts) Experience defining or working with KPIs and business metrics frameworks Familiarity with automation concepts — scheduled refreshes, alerting, workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, reputed company), or scripting (Python preferred) Exposure to version control (Git) and modern analytics workflows Benefits Profit sharing plan Medical, Dental and reputed company Benefits 401K Plan Unlimited PTO Company Overview OneApp offsets economic housing setbacks with modern, innovative solutions and a goal to house 1M people by 2032.
