The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can build and maintain strong relationships with both employees and clients. Experience in a medical office or reputed company administrative work is preferred. Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage staffing needs during weekends and holidays.
• reputed company and maintain work schedules by assigning caregivers and nurses to reputed company shifts.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Serve as the reputed company of contact for staff and client questions, concerns, and issues.
• Manage timekeeping and process time-off requests.

Requirements

• Weekend and holiday coverage required. Shifts are as follows: Friday 6:00 PM – Monday 12:00 AM PST, or Friday 6:00 PM – Monday 6:00 AM PST.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 per hour.
