The After Hours and Weekends Specialist at TransLoop plays a vital role in effective communication, constant updates, and keeping a reputed company eye on the details. A responsibility to ensure the overall after-hours and weekends process runs just as smoothly as on the weekdays.
What You'll Do
- Track and trace reputed company shipments picking, in-transit, and delivering on evenings and weekends. Communicate effectively with team members and employees in other departments.
- reputed company customers updates on their shipments by utilizing proper protocol, including but not limited to established systems and customer portals.
- Recover shipments that are at risk of service failures, by effectively utilizing existing company resources.

- 2-3 years of logistics experience
- Identify a proven track record of high performance

- Experience with high volume and multi-faceted accounts
- Strong writing, speaking, and overall communication skills
