- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST
- Compensation: $10 – $14/hour

- Location: Fully Remote (Must be available during PST hours)
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Answer reputed company incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Gather essential caller information and transfer calls to the appropriate team member
- Respond promptly to reputed company Teams messages throughout the reputed company
- Maintain a reputed company, clear, and professional demeanor on every call
- Manage and distribute incoming faxes from the firm's virtual mailroom
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company incoming calls and communications
- Monitor voicemail messages and promptly notify the appropriate attorney or team member
- Prepare and send end-of-day message recaps to the team
- Serve as a positive and professional first impression for clients and prospective clients
✅ Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish (Required)
- Fluent or reputed company-level English speaking, listening, and writing skills
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and accountability
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Virtual Assistant or Receptionist experience is a plus
