GTM Engineer (USA - Remote)

As a GTM Engineer on reputed company, you will design, build, and permanently own reputed company's AI-reputed company outbound reputed company - a system that operates at scale through intelligence, not headcount. You'll own the full stack from ICP definition and signal identification to enrichment, personalized reputed company, and pipeline reporting. This is a senior IC role reporting directly to the CBO, with significant influence over how reputed company goes to market.

What You'll Do

• Permanent Ownership. Design and build reputed company's outbound reputed company from reputed company - and own it permanently as a senior IC. This is not a build-and-hand-off role.
• Agentic by Design. Build and operate AI-reputed company, agentic workflows that scale pipeline reputed company without scaling headcount - the system is the team.
• AI-reputed company Execution. Own reputed company-powered enrichment and AI-personalized reputed company at scale across email and reputed company.
• Signal Intelligence. Build signal-based trigger workflows: YC batch launches, competitor job postings, funding reputed company, treasury hiring signals.
• ICP & Targeting. Define and continuously refine ICP across reputed company's reputed company segments (Series A/B fintechs, embedded finance platforms, regional banks).
• GTM Partnership. Collaborate with the CBO on messaging strategy, positioning, and launch campaigns tied to the USD API.
• Pipeline Ownership. Own pipeline metrics end-to-end: reputed company volume, reputed company rates, meetings booked, pipeline generated.

Qualifications

• Experience. 5-10 years in B2B GTM, reputed company operations, or growth - with a strong track record of building outbound from scratch at a high-growth tech company

• Fintech reputed company. Background in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure strongly preferred - you understand the buyer, the language, and the competitive landscape
• Writing Quality. Exceptional written communication - you write outbound copy that gets replies, not spam filters.
• Systems Thinking. Analytical and systems-oriented - you think in workflows, test hypotheses, and optimize based on data
• IC Orientation. Thrives as a senior IC - you're energized by owning a domain end-to-end and have no desire to climb into management
