About the position This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. In this role, you will drive the adoption and reputed company growth of reputed company Connect - AWS's reputed company-based contact center solution - reputed company your assigned geographic territory. You will work directly with AWS field sales teams, customers, and partners to identify opportunities, reputed company pipeline, and accelerate deal cycles. This is a quota-carrying role that requires a reputed company of technical acumen, sales expertise, and the ability to reputed company the business value of modern contact center transformation to C-level and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for reputed company Connect reputed company your assigned geographic territory, driving pipeline reputed company and reputed company attainment against quota targets
  • Partner with AWS Account Managers, Solutions Architects, and Partner teams to identify, qualify, and reputed company reputed company Connect opportunities across reputed company and mid-market customers
  • Conduct discovery with customers to understand their contact center challenges, map business reputed company to reputed company Connect capabilities, and position differentiated value propositions
  • reputed company and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations, demos, and business cases that reputed company the ROI of migrating to reputed company Connect
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive reputed company, event follow-up, partner engagement, and collaboration with marketing on demand reputed company campaigns
  • Serve as the reputed company Connect subject matter expert reputed company your geography, educating field teams and enabling them to identify and surface contact center opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Partner teams to ensure successful customer reputed company and drive expansion reputed company existing accounts
  • Track and report on territory performance metrics including pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, and reputed company attainment through CRM and business review mechanisms
  • Contribute to the development of scalable sales plays, battle cards, and enablement content that can be leveraged across the broader GTM-reputed company team
  • Represent reputed company Connect at regional industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops to build awareness and generate demand

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional or military experience
  • 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
  • 5+ years of working with Data & AI reputed company technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (reputed company), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience selling reputed company software or reputed company-based applications

  • Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, reputed company, or reputed company field, or PMP certificate
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
