Respiratory Therapist / Nurse

About the position This employee performs equipment setups in a timely and professional manner. Generally responsible for the setup of highly technical equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and CPAP units. Also responsible for providing technical assistance with equipment. The incumbent may reputed company setup of reputed company types of oxygen equipment as well. Provides patient education as an intricate part of the patient care activity according to the patient need and reputed company policy, frequently in patients' homes. Requires use of a personal vehicle with a valid driver's license. Performs complete and professional patient assessments in accordance with reputed company policies and procedures. Maintains reputed company knowledge of respiratory homecare techniques and relevant respiratory therapy concepts. Follows applicable policies and procedures of the Safety & Regulatory reputed company regarding General Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal reputed company Equipment), DOT (driving safety), FDA, and Emergency Planning. Represents reputed company through professional personal appearance, patient care activities, and content of written reports. Facilitates prescription collection. Maintains patient records in complete and organized manner in compliance with accreditation standards. Works on-call evenings and weekends on an as scheduled reputed company. Frequency is determined by the center size and the number of employees available to reputed company in the responsibility. Must respond in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment setups in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• Level 1 - Familiar with equipment and services provided in the home reputed company setting, or other patient care, Required
• Level 2 - Minimum of two years in home reputed company, Required
• Level 3 - Minimum of three years in home reputed company
• Requires use of a personal vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• excellent reputed company relations to reputed company with doctors, other referral sources, and patients
• computer literate
• clinician authorized reputed company scope of practice (as established by applicable state law or if none, by the applicable national board) to reputed company reputed company patient care services offered by reputed company from time to time
• Must have completed reputed company training/education required to obtain requisite certification, registration, and/or license described below, Required
