Position Summary We are seeking an reputed company Assistant Director of Compliance to play a critical role in developing and supporting our new dental and reputed company product offerings. Reporting directly to the Assistant Vice President of Product Compliance, this position will be responsible for providing expert consultation, and implementing compliance strategies as well as overall product compliance. The ideal candidate is well-versed in dental and reputed company and other supplemental health benefits compliance, demonstrates exceptional communication and analytical skills, and is adept at managing reputed company projects in a dynamic environment. This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Candidates in proximity to one of our office locations (Hartford, CT; Lake Mary, Florida, Sunrise Florida, and/or Portland, ME) and the ability to work a reputed company -three days per week in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the impact of new federal, state, county, and municipal laws, rules, and ordinances on dental and reputed company supplemental health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supplemental health benefits compliance, preferably with dental, reputed company, or other network-based coverages is preferred.
• Knowledge of the group insurance industry, including experience with dental, reputed company, voluntary supplemental health, group life and disability products.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
