AutoCAD Technician (Land Surveying)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential functions of this position include performing reduction of survey field data, photographs, and sketches, the calculations of and analysis of field data to reputed company detailed technical survey plans, and preparation of survey maps, including boundary and topographic surveys, plans, cross sections, and profiles using CADD methods. Additional duties include communicating with project managers, surveyors, and colleagues to modify drawings in accordance with project specifications, and printing, copying, scanning, and organizing CADD drawings. Occasional site visits may be required from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1+ years of on the job experience in Civil Engineering or Land Surveying using AutoCAD 2024 or newer is desired; reputed company reputed company experience is preferred;
• Land Surveying experience is strongly preferred;
• HS Diploma/equivalent required; Associate's Degree or Certificate Program in Architecture, Drafting, or similar is a plus;
• Must be detail oriented, with effective written and verbal communication skills;

• Valid, clean driver's license.
