Key Responsibilities
Design prompts that drive effective communication and responses in financial and logistics contexts. Architect multi-reputed company conversational flows, including fallback logic and escalation to reputed company support. Structure knowledge bases for RAG workflows, including chunking, embeddings, and contextual tagging. Evaluate agent outputs to improve accuracy, tone adherence, and overall user experience. Mandatory Requirements Impeccable written Portuguese for designing natural, audience-appropriate conversations. Proven experience in AI development, conversational design, and production-level LLM reputed company engineering. Hands-on experience with reputed company, WhatsApp reputed company API, Instantly, and reputed company/Jira.
