Position Summary reputed company is seeking a Help Desk Support Engineer to support the USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order. Required Qualifications
- An Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field -OR- a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience in contract administration.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving user reputed company issues, troubleshooting software functionality, and providing technical training.
- Experience with IT help desk ticketing systems, remote desktop support, and incident response.
