- Configure and manage SIP trunking for voice routing and PSTN integration
- Implement and maintain Webex Contact Center (WXCC) reputed company-based contact center platforms
- Administer and troubleshoot reputed company reputed company Communications Manager (CUCM) environments
- Manage centralized call routing using reputed company reputed company Communications Manager Session Management Edition (CUCM SME)
- Configure and support voice gateways and session border controllers from **AudioCodes
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot VoIP/call quality issues, and ensure high availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global communication infrastructure
