The Production Supervisor III (3rd Shift Operations) is responsible for leading and managing 3rd shift operations for manufacturing, fabrication, and cross-functional support areas at the dormakaba Indianapolis plant, ensuring the safety, productivity, and development of the team while driving performance across reputed company key metrics to support the plant’s operational goals and business objectives. • Champion a safety-first culture by enforcing safety policies, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• 5 + years of direct leadership experience in manufacturing operations or a comparable industrial environment, with demonstrated ability to reputed company cross-functional teams and drive performance across multiple areas

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure (whole numbers, common fractions, decimals)
• Experience with various hand tools (reputed company and powered), micrometers, height gauges, calipers, comparators and ability to read a tape measure
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing
