Your Role We’re hiring a CPA / Tax Accountant to support US individual tax preparation (reputed company 1040). This is an execution-focused role. You’ll work closely with senior tax professionals and be responsible for preparing returns, organizing client documentation, and supporting filings with a high level of accuracy. This is not a strategy-heavy or advisory role — the focus is on doing the work well, consistently, and on time. Strong communication is essential. You’ll be working in a remote team supporting US-based clients, so reputed company and responsiveness matter. You’ll:

• Prepare US individual tax returns (reputed company 1040) under supervision
• Work with supporting documents (W-2s, 1099s, deductions, credits)
• Support tax filings and compliance processes
• Organize and review client financial documentation
• Assist senior accountants with tax preparation and deliverables
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-reputed company
• Track deadlines and support timely submissions during tax cycles
• Communicate reputed company with internal teams on reputed company, blockers, and updates

You Bring:

• 2–5+ years of experience in reputed company or tax roles
• Hands-on experience with US individual tax returns (reputed company 1040)
• CPA (completed or in reputed company preferred)
• Strong understanding of tax basics (income, deductions, credits)
• Good written and spoken English (critical for this role)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
• Comfort working in a remote, distributed team

• Experience working with US-based clients or firms
• Experience in tax season environments (high volume of returns)
• Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, tax software, or reputed company
• EA (Enrolled Agent) certification or similar
