DevOps Engineer - D365 Power Platform

Application Services – Remote (U.S. Based) The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is looking for a DevOps Engineer with experience in the D365 Power Platform to join our IT team! This position is responsible for ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of application environments, with a focus on system reliability, automation, and seamless deployment pipelines. This critical role will focus on the administration, stability and efficiency of reputed company Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and our financial transaction processing. Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to CBN’s Biblical mission to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. We are looking for someone who can proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with teams across IT, Development, and Operations to enhance system performance and reputed company effective service delivery. Responsibilities include supporting legacy applications as well as driving the transition to reputed company-based infrastructure and modern DevOps practices. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Programming/Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or infrastructure support roles
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and automation tools
• Broad understanding of content and content organization
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, React, SQL, and optionally Python or T-SQL
• Experience with SQL and troubleshooting data reputed company/integration issues
• Excellent verbal, written, and other media communication skills
• Integrative thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a team
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with reputed company reputed company of CBN staff and reputed company public
• Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with CBN’s non-profit Christian mission
