As an reputed company Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers who have fallen victim to potential bank account fraud. • *Key Responsibilities**

• File disputes on behalf of customers who suspect fraud on their accounts

• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older
