Growth Associate
reputed company is a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company building AI-powered software for reputed company organizations. They are seeking a Growth Associate to join their U.S. go-to-market team, focusing on building pipeline and establishing the company’s sales reputed company in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound campaigns across email, reputed company, and other channels to generate reputed company pipeline
- Identify and research reputed company reputed company accounts and key decision-makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and reputed company them to the appropriate sales stakeholders
- Support reputed company deal cycles through research, coordination, and pipeline management
- Partner with senior reputed company leaders on go-to-market initiatives and market expansion efforts
- Assist in organizing and executing events to engage senior buyers and accelerate deal cycles
- Contribute to early-stage GTM processes, messaging, and playbooks
Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or another high-performance environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in reputed company-generating roles and reputed company work
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
- Willingness to take ownership of outbound pipeline reputed company and learn quickly
- Ability to work from the reputed company office on a reputed company
- Experience in outbound sales, growth, or pipeline reputed company
- Background at a startup or early-stage company
- Evidence of high performance (academics, work, or extracurriculars)
- Interest in reputed company software or B2B environments
