The Account Associate – RevOps will support licensing procurement operations, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth licensing operations and assist in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end software license procurement activities and Sales operations
• Coordinate with customers, channel partner contacts, Sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth licensing operations
• Engage directly with customers to understand requirements and reputed company timely support. Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers across assigned reputed company
• Manage individual and regional customer account operations reputed company while maintaining service quality. Serve as main reputed company of contact on reputed company licensing & sales operations reputed company queries
• Support process improvements and operational reputed company reputed company the licensing function
• Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency in reputed company licensing processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to support reputed company and business objectives

Skills

• 1-2 Years of experience required
• Handle end-to-end software license procurement activities and Sales operations

• Understanding of regional customer engagement and operational coordination is an added advantage
