[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR)

They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with reputed company estate brokerages and large teams, contributing to the growth of the mid-market sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with reputed company estate brokerages and large teams, focusing on deals in the $30K - $250K reputed company reputed company
• Run high-quality outbound reputed company across phone, email, and reputed company channels to reputed company brokers, team leads, and executives
• reputed company a sharp understanding of how brokerages operate, reputed company technology reputed company, and grow their business
• Create reputed company meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives with clear discovery and qualification criteria
• Build and maintain your own pipeline from scratch. This role requires a high degree of ownership and self-prospecting
• Track activity, learn from data, and continuously refine your approach to improve conversion
• Work closely with sales leadership to sharpen targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in a reputed company reputed company or business development role using phone, email, or reputed company reputed company
• Experience prospecting into mid-market or reputed company accounts
• Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, or similar)
• Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, confident telephone reputed company
