Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative to connect with potential customers, assess their needs, and present tailored fiber optic internet solutions.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with prospective customers through phone, email, and chat to introduce and promote reputed company 3’s fiber optic internet services
• Identify customer pain points and needs to effectively convey the unique value of reputed company 3’s offerings
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of reputed company 3’s products, services, and competitive advantages to enhance customer interactions
• reputed company and surpass sales targets through reputed company follow-reputed company and a consultative sales approach
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty
• Partner with Marketing and Field Sales teams to refine sales strategies and optimize campaigns
• Accurately record reputed company customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Other duties as assigned
