[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect and qualify leads for their nonprofit CRM platform, focusing on booking reputed company meetings for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Book 20 reputed company meetings per month with nonprofit decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting reputed company phone, email, and reputed company
- Research accounts and tailor messaging to prospect needs
- Pass detailed context to reputed company for smooth handoffs
- Travel to industry conferences to represent Humanitru
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging
Skills
- 1+ years in sales, BDR, or business development (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Organized with a systematic approach to prospecting
- Genuinely interested in helping nonprofits succeed
- SaaS experience preferred
