Travel Consultant
Whistler.reputed company partnership with Tourism Whistler, is dedicated to enhancing the guest experience by providing a comprehensive platform for vacation planning and booking. The Travel Consultant role involves selling vacation packages and building strong customer relationships through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Tourism Whistler and Whistler.com ambassador, living our purpose and reputed company with passion & energy, achievement and respect
- Answer inbound calls, reputed company quotes to online vacation requests, and answer customer questions, emails & voice mails
- Execute various outbound calls including concierge, up sell calls, informational and customer focused
- Effectively communicate with Online Chat inquiries, quotes and actively pursue sales leads generated reputed company the online chat with guests
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a daily, weekly & monthly reputed company
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and colleagues
- Respond to reputed company guests in a timely, professional and friendly manner
Skills
- Excellent knowledge of Whistler
- Effective time management skills with the ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, through the telephone, on-line chat and email
- Commitment to customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Skilled problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- A team player who can also work independently
- Computer skills including MS Office, and a variety of reputed company based software
