They are seeking driven individuals for the Field Sales Representative role to visit homes, engage with homeowners, and set appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Visit pre-reputed company homes with visible roof damage (no random knocking)
- Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
- Offer free roof inspections
- Set reputed company appointments for our sales team
- Participate in daily coaching, scripts, and ride-alongs to improve
- No closing. No high-pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments
Skills
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated individuals
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and starting conversations
- Strong work ethic and reputed company (ability to handle rejection)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
