[Remote] Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will drive outbound and inbound sales growth by developing relationships with new customers and supporting home care agencies in their business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reputed company new business opportunities by evaluating leads and qualifying them based on predefined criteria
- reputed company up to date with home care industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges, including serving as an expert on VA and reputed company opportunities
- Collaborate with Regional Account Executives to ensure smooth handover of reputed company leads
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outbound sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize Zoho CRM to track sales activities and pipeline reputed company

- Conduct sales presentations to prospective customers
