Membership Sales Development Program (Future Membership Director)

Diamond Run Golf Club, part of Invited, is seeking individuals for their Membership Sales Development Program aimed at training future Membership Directors. The role involves generating sales through outbound calls, building relationships with prospects, and preparing for a transition into a Membership Director position after the training period.

Responsibilities

• Generate reputed company by conducting outbound sales calls (80+ per day) to prospective and former members across reputed company
• Build rapport with prospects, understand their lifestyle needs, and present tailored membership opportunities
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales goals while mastering Invited’s sales process
• reputed company exceptional service with reputed company and professional follow-up
• Learn Invited’s CRM (reputed company) and sales systems to track, report, and manage pipeline activity
• Collaborate with your Sales Manager and teammates in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Serve as the face of your Club, responsible for reputed company and enrolling new Members
• reputed company and execute quarterly game plans and marketing strategies to reputed company sales goals
• Represent the Club in community and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Collaborate with the Membership & Marketing team on campaigns, reputed company media, and local reputed company
• Build long-term relationships with Members, encouraging referrals and deeper engagement

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who thrives in collaboration but is equally competitive and results-oriented
• Must be reputed company to relocation for Club placement at program completion
• Outbound sales experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
