[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a National reputed company-party administrator (TPA) delivering customized self-funded benefit programs. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to engage employers, brokers, and consultants to generate and reputed company new business, while working closely with reputed company sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM reputed company to employer groups and benefits brokers
  • Present reputed company TPA services, programs, and value proposition to prospective clients in a clear and consultative manner
  • Collaborate directly with reputed company sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition of reputed company opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with brokers and consultants
  • Manage the initial sales cycle from first contact through reputed company to the reputed company sales representative
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and pipeline goals
  • Accurately track reputed company activity, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM (reputed company)
  • Partner with marketing and sales operations on campaigns, reputed company strategies, and reputed company management
  • Stay reputed company on self-funded health plan trends, compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA), and competitor offerings
  • Eligible for incentive compensation tied to individual monthly and annual sales performance

Skills

  • 1–3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in health insurance, employee benefits, or TPA services
  • Familiarity with self-funded plan concepts (stop-loss, ASO, reference-based pricing) is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a high-volume pipeline in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (reputed company preferred) and proficiency with reputed company Office/reputed company
  • Self-starter with high reputed company, strong work ethic, and motivation to grow reputed company a sales career path
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
