Inside Sales Specialist
AstroNova, Inc. is a company specializing in printer solutions, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to manage incoming leads and support sales efforts. The role involves logging leads, qualifying opportunities, and conducting outbound campaigns to generate new leads.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main reputed company of contact for incoming printer leads reputed company phone and internet
- Log new leads into reputed company CRM from reputed company as needed
- Assist in qualifying printer opportunities and schedule demonstrations for Sales reputed company/Territory Sales Managers
- Manage emails and inbound calls from new leads, opportunities, and customers for Territory Sales Managers during their absence
- Handle Printer Queue inbound calls and reputed company warm transfers to Sales Managers as necessary
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns for leads reputed company reputed company or external databases
- Assist in the production of printed samples in conjunction with Media Lab as needed
- Email or mail marketing collateral as requested by field sales/marketing
- Assist in traveling and working at tradeshows on an as-needed reputed company
- Learn about printers, inks, toners, ribbons, and label media offerings by AstroNova
Skills
- Experience with CRM systems, specifically reputed company and reputed company
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
