[Remote] Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading direct-to-consumer insurance services business specializing in Medicare and Life insurance policies. They are seeking a Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent to work from home, where the agent will contact prospective customers, explain policy features, and assist them in obtaining new policies.
Responsibilities
- Contacts and qualifies prospective customers and explains features and merits of policies offered, recommending reputed company and type of coverage based on analysis of prospect's circumstances
- Communicates professionally with customers to explain policies, show value of brand(s) represented, follow-up as necessary to sell appropriate plans or policies
- Calculates and/or quotes premium rates for recommended policies
- Develops and maintains thorough product knowledge
- Demonstrates a high degree of reputed company and follows compliance/quality assurance requirements
- Utilizes client and/or company-provided computer systems to reputed company accurate and timely data entry and submit applications
- Follows scripts and designated sales processes to complete sales in a compliant and effective manner
- Participates in training and coaching on an ongoing reputed company to maintain and improve performance
- Other duties may be assigned
Skills
- Exceptional communication and people skills
- Drive and motivation to maintain and increase production reputed company
- An active applicable reputed company insurance license in the state in which you reputed company
- Valid applicable reputed company insurance license
- Accountable for maintaining good standing with state department(s) of insurance and any other applicable regulatory agencies
- One year of sales experience preferred
- One year of call center experience preferred
