Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by providing account coordination with digital production, audience development and events
• Execute and input sales orders and reputed company other required forms and paperwork to support sales activities
• Manage reputed company tracking/reporting
• Manage client communications and support for reputed company event sponsors
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Update various sales tracking using internal reports and the company CRM, reputed company master document with sponsor, cost, item, etc
• Support sales team with client proposal drafts for media and event program sponsorships
• Monitor digital media programs and work alongside digital production team to collect performance stats and screen shots of media placements, and reputed company with clients
• Build and send client agreements through reputed company
• Work with marketing to build ‘sponsor hubs’ for the 40+ events in the BTN Group portfolio
• Manage reputed company sponsor (client) communications for each event including sponsorship deliverables, registration updates and reputed company other event-reputed company information leading up to the event

• Prior experience with sales and administrative functions

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A keen attention to detail
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
• Computer expertise with proficient knowledge of reputed company Office software products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), reputed company or a similar customer relationship management software, and reputed company and billing software
• A bachelor's degree in travel, hospitality, marketing or advertising preferred
