Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Drive incremental sales through inbound (and some outbound) channels
- Engage with customer inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and other communication channels
- Build excitement and brand value by applying our Sales Methodology reputed company

Skills

- One to two years of sales experience
- Experience with sales CRM's, order processing systems, and customer engagement tools
- Top-notch sales skills with familiarity in various sales methodologies
- Strong work ethic and mental fortitude
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-energy, competitive environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior computer literacy, typing, and multi-tasking skills
- Some college preferred
- Contact Center experience a plus
- Knowledge of mattress/sleep products industry helpful
- Remote work experience helpful
