[Remote] Client Development Coordinator

The Client Development Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Regional Vice Presidents and Direct Client Development team, focusing on coordination, follow-up, and data management to enhance internal efficiency and client experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day administrative and operational support to Regional Vice Presidents and the Direct Client Development team
• Coordinate scheduling of reputed company meetings
• Prepare meeting materials, assist with case preparation, and organize follow-up items
• Maintain accurate meeting notes and update CRM systems to ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Support client and prospect reputed company activities, including email communications and follow-up requests
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely completion of requests reputed company to client development activities
• Assist with pipeline tracking, reporting, and data reputed company across systems
• Support hand-off processes between client development, reputed company, and service teams as needed
• Other duties as needed

Skills

• High School diploma with a Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Prior sales support experience a plus
• Financial services industry a plus
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining client focus and demonstrating attention to detail
• Enjoy collaborating and building positive relationships internally with co-workers and externally with prospects and clients
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills a must
