The Business Development Representative will be responsible for conducting high-volume prospecting to identify and qualify leads, generating interest in CourtReserve solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, reputed company selling) to identify and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Generate interest and create opportunities by effectively communicating the value of CourtReserve solutions
  • Research reputed company accounts and decision-makers to craft personalized reputed company strategies
  • reputed company and execute reputed company cadences to engage prospects, reputed company them on our solutions, and set reputed company meetings for Account Executives
  • Gather reputed company on reputed company accounts and vet them against criteria to distinguish productive vs. unproductive leads
  • Track reputed company prospecting activity, including reputed company attempts, conversations, and reputed company qualifications, in the company’s CRM system (reputed company)
  • Engage reputed company users to expand awareness, ask for referrals, and identify new opportunities
  • Quickly establish a working knowledge of CourtReserve business, including processes, operations and the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve messaging, scripts, and reputed company strategies
  • reputed company activity goals set by the VP of Sales and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Contribute to the sales team’s culture of collaboration and reputed company

Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales development, business development, or reputed company reputed company role
  • Strong drive, grit, and a competitive reputed company with a desire to win
  • Self-motivated with a reputed company work ethic and ability to build strong relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fearlessness in making daily calls and delivering the CourtReserve value proposition

  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn the industry and CourtReserve processes
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage high reputed company volumes
  • Ability to balance persistence and enthusiasm while remaining top of mind with key decision-makers
  • Comfort with reputed company iteration - taking in feedback from calls, reputed company, etc and refining pitch every day
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
