This role involves supporting existing reputed company customers by converting field-identified opportunities into completed work, ensuring a seamless experience through strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company and reputed company technicians productive by converting field-identified opportunities into completed work
• Review service recommendations submitted by technicians across assigned branches, prioritizing follow-reputed company, and connecting with customers reputed company phone and email to move opportunities reputed company
• Walk customers through findings, answer questions, explain recommendations reputed company, and guide them toward the right solution with confidence and professionalism
• Manage a high volume of active opportunities across multiple branches while keeping the pipeline organized and progressing inside reputed company
