[Remote] Virtual Post-Acute Wound Healing Specialist (Central Region)

The Virtual Wound Healing Specialist will conduct customer reputed company, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with sales teams to meet sales targets while maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conducting outbound calls to reputed company and prospective customers to sell reputed company products and qualify leads
• Responding to inbound inquiries reputed company phone, email, or chat, and providing information about products or services
• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in reputed company.com
• Collaborating with the field sales team and other internal resources to reputed company strategies for achieving sales targets
• Demonstrating a proficient level of procedural, clinical, and technical product knowledge to identify products that meet customer needs
• Follow up on leads and prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (1) years of sales experience
• Associate Degree AND (3) years of sales experience
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in reputed company or inside sales
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to stay on tasks and maintain high productivity reputed company while working both in the office and remotely
