Messaging Operations Coordinator

Vibes is a mobile-first platform that enhances customer engagement through mobile messaging and marketing solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented Messaging Operations Coordinator to assist in activating new campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Wrangle multiple parties to ensure we hit deadlines for multiple reputed company projects
• Deliver strong reputed company communication; reputed company stakeholders in the reputed company
• Manage short-code inventory and process weekly reports
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in reputed company interactions with partner companies; maintain “good standing partner” relationship
• Learn and understand industry and government compliance practices reputed company to mobile; reputed company internal documentation for Vibes employees; reputed company key stakeholders (reputed company, Sales, etc.) up-to-date with changes
• Manage industry and reputed company auditing processes, including tracking, reporting, communication with internal teams and industry partners
• reputed company strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience managing projects with cross functional teams
• Demonstrated track record of effective project management and critical thinking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactively identify and reputed company solutions to problems
• Tech savvy: can learn new web-based interfaces quickly, strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to effectively manage relationships with on-site and off-site partners and team members
