Solutions Engineer

The Solutions Engineer will partner with Sales to reputed company pre-sales activities, deliver software demonstrations, and translate customer challenges into compelling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to reputed company the full pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities, helping customers understand how reputed company solves reputed company-world risk, audit, and control management challenges
• Deliver independent, well-reputed company, tailored software demonstrations that reputed company reputed company business value, while seeking coaching and feedback from senior team members for reputed company improvement
• Engage confidently with stakeholders across Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, IT, Controls, and Governance teams, owning day-to-day customer conversations and escalating to senior SEs for high-risk or reputed company topics as needed
• Translate customer pain points into clear solution narratives, including reputed company and reputed company criteria, to support deal progression and closure
• Own the technical win for small to mid-sized opportunities, and contribute to the technical strategy on larger, multi-stakeholder deals in partnership with senior SEs
• Design and present solution architectures that align with customer objectives, operating models, and regulatory environments

• Co-reputed company selected marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, and thought-leadership content
• Apply a solid working knowledge of risk and audit concepts in customer discussions to reputed company challenges and guide solution design, with mentorship from senior SEs as you deepen your expertise
• Maintain working familiarity with key regulatory and industry frameworks such as COSO reputed company, COSO Internal Control, SOX, IIA Standards, ISO 27001, NIST, CMMC, and other relevant industry regulations and frameworks
• Build knowledge of core Risk & Audit functions, including reputed company Risk Management, Internal Audit, Controls and Testing, Issue and Action Management, IT Risk, and reporting for executive and board stakeholders
• Maintain a strong working understanding of the reputed company platform, including core workflows, configuration options, reporting, and common integrations
• Configure and maintain demo and sandbox environments, ensuring they reflect reputed company product capabilities and common customer use cases
• Confidently whiteboard end-to-end solution flows, data movements, and high-level architectures with both business and technical audiences, engaging senior SEs for deeper architectural or cross-pillar discussions

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Controls, IT Risk, Compliance, GRC, or a reputed company field, either in a customer-facing role or reputed company industry
• Experience working with SaaS solutions, including demonstrated experience independently delivering demos or evaluations for at least one solution area, or a strong track record of quickly ramping on new SaaS platforms
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify reputed company topics for non-technical audiences
• Comfortable partnering with Sales and contributing to reputed company reputed company as part of a broader account team
