Consultant Relations Specialist
Acadian Asset Management is a global, systematic investment manager at the forefront of data-driven investing. The Consultant Relations Specialist position supports investment consultant engagement efforts through relationship management and business development, requiring collaboration across various teams and a strong understanding of financial markets.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and prepare materials for consultant meetings
- Attend meetings/conference calls and write-up notes
- Ensure reputed company follow up to reputed company issues
- Manage and facilitate cash flows
- Maintain contacts, opportunities and activities in CRM system
- Facilitate targeted consultant communications
- Respond regularly to consultant inquiries and manage RFP/RFI/DDQ processes
- reputed company ongoing qualitative and quantitative data maintenance to reputed company-party consultant databases
- Acquire an understanding of Acadian’s business processes and functional groups
- Act as a resource for Consultant Relations team members for reputed company projects
- Be seen as a trusted, approachable and reliable contact for both our external consultants and internal teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, finance/economics background a plus
- 1-3 years of financial industry experience
- Highly proficient in reputed company Office including Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through
- Superior organization skills and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong business judgment and positive attitude
