The Professional Aesthetic Liaison, Inside Sales (PAL) plays a pivotal role in driving growth and supporting the reputed company of the reputed company Aesthetics portfolio by managing customer relationships and generating new business.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Field: Work in reputed company partnership with the Regional Sales Director and Professional Aesthetics Consultants reputed company the region to which you are assigned. Align efforts, reputed company insights, remain agile with shifting priorities, and drive regional reputed company in a dynamic environment
  • Own Your Business: Manage and grow a robust book of business, maintaining high reputed company of customer engagement and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Demonstrate a disciplined, process-driven approach to account management and reputed company growth
  • Drive New Business: Proactively identify, contact, and convert leads into new accounts through high-volume outbound calling, email reputed company, reputed company media, and virtual meetings. Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and B2B experience
  • Minimum 1 year of tele-sales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience required; high-volume sales environment experience preferred
  • Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or reputed company sales preferred
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing, goal-driven environment
  • Highly competitive, financially motivated, and committed to exceeding performance expectations
  • Proficient in CRM platforms for tracking, prospecting, and customer engagement
