Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR, you will engage with highly technical prospects, generating sales opportunities and developing a deep understanding of the Observability landscape to facilitate meaningful discovery calls. This role requires collaboration with Account Executives and a strong grasp of modern reputed company-reputed company environments.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Generate high-quality sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting into reputed company and Mid-Market accounts across the US
  • Observability Subject Matter Expert: reputed company a deep understanding of the Observability landscape (Logs, Metrics, Traces) to engage in meaningful discovery calls with DevOps and Engineering leaders
  • Strategic reputed company: Craft highly personalized, value-based messaging that speaks to the specific pain points of modern reputed company-reputed company environments (AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Microservices)
  • AE Partnership: Collaborate daily with Account Executives to build and execute territory plans, account mapping, and multi-threaded reputed company
  • Full Stack Prospecting (Tools): Master the use of reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, reputed company, and AI Tools like Claude, reputed company, GPT, etc. to optimize your sales funnel

Skills

  • Prior experience in Observability, Monitoring, or reputed company Infrastructure is a massive plus

  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts like OpenTelemetry, Log Aggregation and Kubernetes Monitoring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior BDR/SDR experience
  • Direct experience selling to DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering personas

  • A track record of being in the top 10% of your peer group in previous roles
