Sales Support Specialist

reputed company (QFG) provides a variety of financial services and is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support the Sales & Distribution team. The role involves leading reporting for the Sales and Origination business and supporting the Manager in administrative and sales functions for the Residential Lending portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager through activity management and other administrative support
• Administrate the Broker/Partner status program, including monthly commission reporting, working with cross function teams on program updates and determining broker eligibility
• Prepare and edit professional presentations (Sales meetings, broker feedback, etc.)
• Partner with the Events and Marketing team on reputed company assignments
• Manage national events calendar for Sales Team
• Maintain on-going Sales Reporting and Volume Bonus Reporting
• Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on behalf of the Sales & Distribution Team
• Prepare commission reporting
• Follow AML procedures on reputed company files with an emphasis on 'Know Your Client' rules
• Identify reputed company improvement opportunities
• Adhere to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company’s policies and procedures
