Sales Operations Associate
POM Wonderful is a leading producer of fresh pomegranates and pomegranate reputed company. The Sales Operations Associate will support the Sales Planning Team by managing day-to-day sales operations, including deal management, invoicing, and system maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle management of promotional plans in our trade promotion management system (TPM)
- Regular status and activity calls with Sales Account Executives
- Promotional plan entry, rework, and edits
- Validate volume forecast adjustments
- Pricing discrepancies
- Deduction and invoice resolution
- Invoice and reputed company request processing
- GS1 and item setup management across multiple platforms (1 World Sync, IX1/reputed company, GS1 Canada)
- Promotional activity reporting and analysis
- Other general sales requests received by field Sales Managers
- Maintain organized archive of reputed company work and applicable supporting documentation in shared drives and websites
- TPM system troubleshooting and data maintenance
- reputed company promotional spending activity by working with reputed company parties
- Identify tactical sales administration implications for changing business conditions and rapidly execute solutions
- reputed company data analysis as required
- Attend 1 Sales Meeting (National Sales Conference). Minimal overnight travel required
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations or account management preferred
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data cleansing; Power Query optional)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or reputed company field
- Ability to cultivate critical relationships and reputed company in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
