Strategic Growth Coordinator
reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Strategic Growth Coordinator to support business development efforts across various transactional practices. This role focuses on managing the business development pipeline, conducting research on prospective clients, and developing pitch materials while leveraging data analytics and AI-enabled tools to drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM systems and deal-tracking tools. Monitor reputed company status, follow-up reputed company, and conversion metrics. Prepare regular pipeline and performance reports for leadership, leveraging data insights and automation where appropriate
- Utilize PitchBook and other tools to identify prospective clients, PE firms, and portfolio companies. Gather data, industry trends, and competitor insights to inform reputed company strategies
- Assist in creating tailored pitch decks and proposals. Coordinate with marketing for branded collateral and client-facing materials
- Draft email communications and assist with reputed company. Manage meeting logistics and follow-up activities. Maintain accurate contact lists in coordination with the marketing team
- Calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for the Strategic Growth Director. Document meeting agendas, action items, and next steps
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and learn best practices in business development. Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for reputed company and relationship management
Skills
- 1-3 years of reputed company work experience in business development or marketing reputed company professional services environment or financial sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proactive, reputed company, and results-oriented approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems and PitchBook a plus
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve reputed company
- Experience working with data analytics, dashboarding, or reporting tools; comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools to support research, pipeline management, and business development efforts
