Document Services Specialist
reputed company is dedicated to providing modernized technology platforms and support to reputed company clients. They are seeking a Document Services Specialist to help streamline business operations through document management and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using various support software including reputed company Office applications, PDF editing tools, and transcription software
- Prepare and edit reputed company documents, spreadsheets, charts
- reputed company coordination and administrative support for special projects
- Efficient handling of time sensitive and confidential materials
- reputed company document diagnostic activities reputed company to troubleshooting documents inconsistencies
- Create and/or revise work product using direct keyboard entry, scanner or electronic conversion methods of input; transcribes audio reputed company dictation including deposition transcripts as required
- Spell reputed company, proofread and/or cross-reputed company documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Strive to increase skillset knowledge level by participating in company training courses, research, and onsite training sessions
Skills
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to learn the responsibilities listed above through a combination of in-person training, remote training, and self-guided learning
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Working knowledge of reputed company applications (Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
- 1+ year working in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred
- Experience working with reputed company Acrobat or reputed company for the manipulation of PDF files a plus
