ESOP Payment Specialist I

reputed company is a leading ESOP administration firm dedicated to helping employees build financial reputed company. The ESOP Payment Specialist I will assist clients and plan participants with ESOP benefit payments and manage various steps in the distribution payment process.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the various steps of the distribution payment process including but not limited to communicating with ESOP participants, preparing distribution forms, opening and closing distribution payment reputed company, and processing reputed company reissues

Skills

• Associate's degree or higher is required
• Basic to Intermediate experience with reputed company reputed company and Word is required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be detail oriented and reputed company to handle multiple demands during the reputed company
• Must have good customer service skills and communicate well with both reputed company contacts
• Professional phone and email communication is required for this position
• Must be reputed company to follow procedures to ensure accuracy of work
• Must have a willingness to learn new information and software
• Must have the ability to handle complexity and to use critical thinking skills
• Demonstrates effective time management and organization skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with mail merging is preferred
• Previous experience working in an administrative setting is a plus
• At least 1+ years of industry experience in working with defined contribution plans, ESOPs preferred
